What about shipping? TOP

All items are shipped to United States addresses only via United States Postal Service Ground within three business days of purchase. Business days do not include Saturday and Sunday. Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and determined by order size. Orders shipping to Texas addresses will have 8.25% sales tax automatically added to their order at checkout.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, and Paypal for purchases which are processed through our secure SSL server to protect your financial information.

What else can you tell me about your products? TOP

Our Crosses are unique works of art made of hardwoods

and embellished with beautiful lead free paints and various adornments. Our crosses are for indoor use only. Because these products are made from nature's elements, slight scratches or dents may be present on your item. We think this adds to the uniqueness of our crosses.

Our Turquoise Jewelry pieces are beautiful works of art made with sterling silver, beautiful glass beads, and genuine semi-precious gemstones. Our hinged framed glass necklaces are made of pewter.

Do you accept returns? TOP

Returns are accepted only if a manufacturer defect is found upon arrival of your purchase. If a defect is found, a email must be sent to angela@branchedbird.com within three days of arrival of your item. You must include in this email your name, full mailing address, phone number, order number, and reason for your return. You will then receive a email from Branched Bird containing your Return Authorazation Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item back. Store credit will then be issued for the purchase amount of your item. Reuturns will not be accepted if (RAN) is not included. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance protection when returning items.
